Jeffrey Miller

Jeffrey started flying in 2002 at home in western Canada. In 2004 he moved to Honduras, and eventually founded the Honduras Paragliding Association (APH) in 2014, in response to Cloudbase Foundation's funding their first course in paragliding in Honduras that was aimed at a group of young people of limited resources. He is presently the acting president of the Association, which is legally registered in Honduras as regulating body for Paragliding.
