From Thursday 19th to Sunday 22nd of September 2019, at Saint-Hilaire-du-Touvet / Lumbin (France), the famous ultra-light air festival Coup Icare will be held once again in the heart of the Isère Alps. The organization announces a spectacular, innovative, acrobatic and off-the-chart program with the wackiest pilots from all over the world.

Less than 10 days from the beginning of the 46th edition of the famous Coupe Icare in France, we bring you the complete schedule of events and activities programed to take place from Sep 19th to the 22nd, 2019 at St Hilaire du Trouvet and Lumbin (French Alps). This will be the last edition of the famous Coupe Icare in 4 day format since the classic world air festival stretches to 8 days as of 2020.

The renowned International Air festival El Yelmo is back to Sierra de Segura (Jaén, Spain) after its cancellation due to the pandemic in 2020. This time, it will be a different type of edition, focused on the pilots and without activities open to the public, yet keeping shows, sport races, paramotoring and paragliding concentrations and Air Films, besides hosting the Paragliding Spanish Open.

Las Candelas celebrates their 25 year anniversary with renewed enthusiasm, announces the organization. The most relevant paramotor event in Spain is confirmed and will be taking place next January 29 and 30th, once again at the Pantano de José Torán, La Puebla de los Infantes, Seville.

FIA El Yelmo successfully closed one more year as the great flying event in Spain, an edition that was filled with shows and thrilling times.

We are including here the communicate sent by FIA organizers about it being postponed, as well as the VI XC Paragliding Open. Both events were going to take lace at the beginning of June, but they will be put off, probably until September.
