The Gin GTO 3 is a two-liner Sport class wing offering “exceptional” performance in terms of glide, top speed and handling. It is aimed especially at those looking to reach the podium at the SRS and national championships, or who simply want the best compromise between safety and performance for their XC flights.
From the Bonanza 3 to the GTO 3
Gin’s first “two-liner C” was the Bonanza 3, a model with good characteristics and very easy handling, which made it a great choice for XC and an “entry” model into the emerging two-liner C class.
However, the SRS (Sports Class Racing Series) has highlighted how competitive the Sport class is, with pilots from all over the world pushing themselves and their wings to be at the top.
For this reason, the Korean manufacturer has pushed performance to the limit with the GTO 3, increasing the projected aspect ratio from 4.81 to 4.95 and the number of cells from 65 to 71. Gin Gliders’ ultimate goal is to lead this new competition trend.

GTO 3 features and benefits
- Optimised performance: the GTO 3 stands out for its excellent glide, top speed and handling, helping pilots climb and glide efficiently.
- Technical specifications: the paraglider is available in several sizes (XXS to XL) with different flat areas, spans and weight ranges to suit different pilots. All sizes have 71 cells and a flat aspect ratio of 6.5.
- Improved stability: the new profile improves pitch stability, especially when using the speed bar.
- Intuitive handling: precise, direct handling lets pilots focus on strategy in thermals.
- Exceptional climbing: the swept wing shape and Wave Leading Edge (WLE) technology improve climbing performance.
- Usable speed range: high stability at top speed lets pilots use the whole speed range effectively.
- Wave Leading Edge (WLE) technology: inspired by the tubercles of the humpback whale, this technology improves performance at high angles of attack, resulting in a better sink rate in slow flight.
- Quality materials: the paraglider uses durable, lightweight materials: semi-light Myungjin MJ29MF 29 g/m² for the top and bottom surfaces and Dominico 30DMF 41 g/m² for the leading edge. Unsheathed aramid lines for the middle and main lines, and Dyneema for the upper cascade.
- Included accessories: the GTO 3 comes with a lightweight concertina bag, GIN stickers and a repair kit.
The GTO 3 is designed to give pilots a competitive edge with its advanced features and performance-oriented design in this exciting Sport class.

The Gin GTO 3 is available in 6 sizes and several colour combinations.
